Normally, I would associate pictures taken like this to out-of-towners from rural places that only see people like Bjork wearing a tutu on TV. You’re going to have to try harder to find something shocking for me to say, “My gosh, Aunt Emma, look at those big city gals acting crazy and wearin’ them strange clothes.”
The only thing that surprises me is that whatever they are doing, they are doing it on the sidewalk without shoes.
