Boom Towns! Opening Reception Tonight, 5:30 - 7:30 P.M.
A reminder that tonight marks the opening of Boom Towns! Chicago Architects Design New Worlds, an exhibition I guest-curated at the Chicago Architecture Foundation, 224 South Michigan. I stopped by on Saturday and saw that our designer, Jason Pickelman, has done a superb job showcasing the 14 projects by Chicago architects - 7 in 19th Century Chicago, 7 in the modern boom towns of Asia and the Middle East - that make up the exhibition, which runs through November 21st. Join me, from 5:30 to 7:30 P.M. this evening, Tuesday, September 23rd, at the CAF, 224 South Michigan.
