I love this! I wonder if anything ever come out of the water tank re-design competetion?
Its good to see something happening to some of the tanks. The competition would be a great project for the city to adopt. Will see, maybe we can push it to the new mayor.

Great design. Very colorful. What if it was a true aquarium?
