It seems to be becoming an annual event.. Pizza City Festival brings together dozens of Chicago's best pizza makers in a huge parking lot at 430 North Rush in the heart of River North that was once home to Solomon, Cordwell, Buenz's Lakeshore Athletic Club, , demolished in 2014. In 2025, the festival took plac across three days, Friday through Sunday, August 22 through 24th.
