I'm wondering where this photograph was taken. That Osco looks brand spanking new.

The Osco is in the Smurfit-Stone building (formerly Associates General Building), the one with the huge slopping glass roof, and it's been there for a few years now.

I assume the group is on their way to get married in the Chicago Cultural Center across the street from the Smurfit/Stone Building. On Saturdays, the Cook County Marriage Court operates there so people can get married in a beautiful space rather than the basement of the County Building. Of course, the Cultural Center can also be rented for a private wedding extravaganza, but there's no charge for the special atmosphere of the "peoples' palace" during Marriage Court.
